  The absolute worst company I have ever delt with! I left 7 messages in 8 days and not one call was returned. The owner and all his staff have never heard of customer service. I was told many times I would get a call back and they never did. I literally asked the question "what do I have to do to get my kitchen done? I'm trying to give you money" and the idiot on the phone said "ummm idk I'll ask the owner" I have no idea how they are even in business. Stay away from them! I wish I could put 0 stars Bc 1 star is generous

  Where to begin?!?! Communication is absolutely terrible. I left multiple messages, no return call. The sales rep cancelled his appointment. We picked a granite we liked from a distribution house and Top Rock pushed us to accept a piece they had left over at the same cost. The install was postponed two weeks. On the install day I was told I was the first stop. They install crew showed up at 4pm. Since the sales guy didn't measure correctly the pieces did not fit together correctly and they had to come back. On the return visit they tried to use a piece that didn't match but was close trying to cut corners and reuse a scrap piece again. After the third time of them trying to get the job completed we negotiated a discount and they put the first piece back in place. The one seam that they had to apoxy together broke within 6 months. Everything about this company is a joke. The employees don't care about the customers. The sales guy apparently doesn't measure or look for walls that are not even. I forgot to mention earlier, they don't have actual installers they subcontract to another company. I am a shopper and love to find the best price and I did, but I paid for it with the time off work to deal with return visits and now repairing the joint that has cracked. If you were wondering about the location of the company. Yes they are located somewhere in KY, but advertise and do work in OH, and IN.
