  I stop here every morning before work and spend about $10 to $15. One day on my way home I got a case of beer. The beer was flat. I told Mike about it and he said he would take the case back and give me a new one. So I brought back the old beer and when I was given my replacement case, I got a case with one beer removed. I hope they consider how much money they lost from me over one beer and choose to treat any similar situations in the future differently. With the customer in mind. Quick math... $2.50 beer cost them about $2500.
